To make Scrumptious Stacks accessible to everyone, we have made gluten-free, lactose-free, nut-free and vegan/vegetarian options for you all, to enjoy every mouthful with stacks upon stacks of flavours and not to forget lashings of custard, making puddings taste out of this world.

Our marshmallow is vegetarian, not vegan. We do have plenty of other vegan options. Because we cook in a kitchen that uses gluten we cannot 100% guarantee that there won’t be any cross contamination as flour is easily transferred. We offer gluten-free pancakes and crumble. All our fruit fillings are vegan. Our ingredients may contain traces of nuts.

ETHOS
At Scrumptious Stacks we are as passionate about our produce as we are about our puddings and where it all comes from. We select environmentally friendly, sustainable products with animal welfare in mind and to respect mother nature in the best possible way we use recyclable non-plastic packaging.
We want to keep our ethical roots and leave as little footprint on our beautiful planet as possible. With that in mind we aim to keep it simple and use only quality suppliers with a desire to do better for people, animals and the planet.
We support local farmers so we can serve you the best quality ingredients and seasonal fruit at its finest to make our delicious puddings whilst supporting our local community where possible.
FOUNDER
Amy's journey
Food has taken me on adventures all over the world, from Alaska to America, Canada, Europe, the Caribbean and many more. Cooking at sea has been one hell of a ride. After feeding many crew and guests for over 10 years, it was time for me to lay some roots myself and head back to life on land.
Back in my hometown of Birmingham and with my new business idea, Scrumptious Stacks, I was ready to savour every flavour and take to the streets of Brum with my favourite delight, crumble.
From a Sunday staple on weekends, indulging my pudding obsession, getting creative with toppings... Scrumptious Stacks was created.

WE'RE HIRING!

We're looking for reliable part-time creatives to attend different festivals and gigs that we have booked around the Birmingham and West Midlands area. (It would be good if you drive but not essential).
​
The role is a creative role and will involve having a good eye for detail and stacking the puddings we serve to make them look out of this world for our lovely customers, cooking, taking orders and payments, and setting up at our events.
We ask that you are a team player and as enthusiastic and passionate about our puddings as we are.
